Key Responsibilities:

Track shipments and ensure timely updates.

Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.

Prepare and process shipment orders.
β
Generate and maintain back-order reports.
β
Release back orders efficiently.
β
Compile customer reports as required.
β
Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
πGrade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
πPrevious experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous
π Strong communication and problem-solving skills
π Ability to multitask and work under pressure
π Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
π High attention to detail and accuracy
